I'm sorry you feel this way miss Nancy we used all 3 trash bags of furniture pads plus the half of stack you had in the garage and plastic wrapped other furniture. The first pod we loaded is actually loaded wall to wall floor to ceiling and roped off spider web style 3 different times once every 4 feet except for the very last, at the door, where the last tie off spot is gone from the pod with only eyehooks in the ground. The second pod we loaded which was the one you had arranged and tied off a small pile of your dish boxes the way you wanted them before we arrived and asked us not to move them or put anything on,we tried to load accordingly, distributing the weight evenly through out the pod not able to stack anything due to the load shift that would of happened during transport from not having anything heavy up front and your box stack only waist high. So the middle of your pod has your oversized 9 ft couch two wingback chairs a recliner and your the massive hutch that we formed boxes over the glass before padding it, plastic wrapping it, and tying it off to the wall. The rear of your pod has your four metal chairs from outside, your big ceramic flower pots that we separated and tried protecting after we used all of your furniture pads, and the odds and ends from your garage, leaving an empty spot that your husband (who was outside) agreed was the easiest for him to put the lawn mower in the pod after he was done with it leaving him to have to put the final rope across the second pod. Your chairs were stacked inside of your couch and we bagged up your cushions so we didn't have to stack anything near your hutch. We take pride in our work miss Nancy and would have declined your gracious tip had I known we damaged anything, caused concerns or knew you were at all dissatisfied with our service. If there are any damages during the unload caused from the way we loaded your pod please take and send pictures of damages before moving them out of the pod. I would also like to see pictures of the claims in your review for at least the opportunity to resolve the nightstand, the fabric, and your opinion of us. Go2guys
