They called when they were going to be a little late. They had all the tools required. They started work on arrival and did not stop till the job was done. We would use them again.

My original scheduled time was for 0800 a.m. At 0700 Go2Guys called and asked for a reschedule to 12 p.m., which I agreed to. 12 p.m. and no movers. 1 p.m. no movers. 1:10 a phone call asking for my location and were on the way. Be there in 30 minutes. 1:50 no movers. They finally showed at approx. 2:40, I think. By this time I had moved some of the smaller items from the POD (about 15% of contents). Once they arrived, they worked well and quickly completed the job to my satisfaction. After spending my entire day waiting for this job, I would not use this company for any future moves.

Hi James, I've recently acquired this company over the past two weeks and was unhappy to see this, even though I was not around during the specific incident, I am around now. And even though that specific incident didn't happen last night, It still effects my company now, so after reading this I just wanted to apologize for the way you were treated by former management and/or owners.
