They did an okay job but not “wowed”. They were done in 1.5 hours and wanted to leave the second the pod was empty. We had to beg them to help us just a little more (we are in our 60’s and have bad backs). They reluctantly moved a couple of things from one side of a room to another (not a huge deal) and shoved that paperwork in front of us to hurry up and sign. They smelled like cigarettes so I had to febreeze the mattress they were handling.

They were very competent at packing our things and loading the POD. They were held up on I_75 but gave us a call. They worked very hard and treated our things very carefully. They helped us with some other little jobs that were difficult for us to do. We would certainly use them again. We appreciated the phone calls before the move and the tips they have us.

The guys who came worked carefully and politely. However, they arrived 4 hours earlier than scheduled when no one was home without any prior contact. Fortunately, one of us was able to adjust our schedule and return home to meet them. Although the work request included reassembly of some large pieces of office furniture, the workers arrived without a dolly or tools. We were able to hunt down the tools needed to get the job done.
