Jesse and Justin arrived on time. They worked very hard on a hot, humid day. They carried a lot of boxes and some heavy items upstairs. They were very nice, and careful with our belongings. They finished the job in about two hours instead of four. I would definitely use Go2Guys again.

Once they arrived, 1.5 hours LATE, the 2 guys did a fine job. They did call just before their arrival time stating they needed to stop for fuel, but then...one hour and 25 minutes went by while we waited. Not impressed with timeliness, OK with service (unloaded a Pod unit in front of our home in 2 hours). I then had to call and protest the charge for "1 extra hour" (3 total) as that was NOT what happened...and we did get a refund of the "extra" hour.

Worst packing job ever. Virtually everything was damaged. Provided 24 furniture pads. Was told they used all of them. Found 6 still new in the box. Did not properly secure boxes. Put heavy items on top of fragile items. Stacked so many heavy boxes on to of 4 month old adjustable bed that it seriously bent the steel frame. These guys are horrible

Ryan and Seth came prepared to work and wasted no time. They did an excellent job both filling my Pod unit to it's max but also helping me fill a storage unit. It was extremely hot and humid and even rained on us a bit but they never stopped. Yes i would use them again for sure. I think Seth is part ant, carrying 3 times his body weight!
