They were very competent at packing our things and loading the POD. They were held up on I_75 but gave us a call. They worked very hard and treated our things very carefully. They helped us with some other little jobs that were difficult for us to do. We would certainly use them again. We appreciated the phone calls before the move and the tips they have us.

The guys who came worked carefully and politely. However, they arrived 4 hours earlier than scheduled when no one was home without any prior contact. Fortunately, one of us was able to adjust our schedule and return home to meet them. Although the work request included reassembly of some large pieces of office furniture, the workers arrived without a dolly or tools. We were able to hunt down the tools needed to get the job done.

What’s there to say? They showed up precisely on time and got right to work. We reserved 2 hours to unload a “POD” container and they finished in an hour. They put everything where we directed and treated our belongings with the utmost care. We would recommend them to anyone and will call them again should the need arise.

They were very very helpful and very very nice guys. They had helped us so much with taking photos of what our Pack Rat units looked like inside that the Hire a Helper guys in Maryland didnt do their job professionally and they were as upset as we were with the damages on to some of our furnitures . Nice personally! We would surely recommend them! Much appreciated!
