The fulfillment of making someone's moving experience as painless as possible. Nothing beats the look on a customer's face when that last box is taken off a truck or when that last bed is put together. Doesn't hurt to get paid to exercise.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members must complete 10 hours of modules before going into the field. After that, they are partnered with a team lead for their first 10 jobs and evaluated at the end of their probational period to make sure they are What's the Move LLC ready!
