They ripped the seam of my 2 year old mattress. Later on that day i realized they didn't put the legs back on my sofa sleeper. He was on time and nice but still I have a mattress that is torn and I have to figure out how to rectify the problem which probably means paying someone to help push the couch over. The torn matress idk!! This move has cost me more money than the original price for the move. Sigh.

It was not two mover it was a man his wife and 15 year old son. They were so slow what shoud have taken 3 hours easy took 4 and they only got half of a one bedroom moved.

The boxes should have been stacked to the ceiling in my storage unit and they were not. Lots of wasted space. My boxes were not secured in the truck. The tie backs were not secured properly and it was disastrous.
