I will never use Hireahelper or Henry's Moving Company again! Engaged their services to load a 24 foot truck to move from Maryland to Florida. They were late in showing up. They loaded the truck improperly. They were slow at working. And as a result of their poor performance, we were forced to rent a trailer to put some of the remainder of our things in because things weren't loaded properly which cost an extra $400.00. As examples; one guy took a recliner apart, loaded one part and not the other. Loaded the couch but not the cushions. Loaded outdoor dining furniture and left off a chair. Then when they thought the truck was full -- they closed the door leaving us to fin for ourselves with the rest of our things including the other half of the recliner, couch cushions and chair, etc. Many important items and tools were left behind because of their inability to properly load the truck which was abundently clear when we unloaded the truck in Florida. Furniture was damaged and scarred because it was not properly protected even though we provided adequate padding and ties most of which was left unused. The list is endless. I have stopped payment through the credit card card. Not only are we challenging that payment, but also the extra costs incurred due to renting a trailer which would not have been necessasry had the workers did their job properly.

The gentleman from Henry Moving Company were womderful! They arrived a little bit late but it didnt bother me because i was still pickjng up the rental truck. Henry Moving Company kept me informed aa to when they were going to arrive. The 4 men came in and got right to business! I didn't feel as if one was not ever gainfully employed! My furniture left in great shape, as well as the house. I would highly recommed Henry Moving Company, they made my life 10 times easier and would use them again.

When my movers arrival time was going to be delayed by heavy traffic, they promptly called to tell me and kept me posted on their progress. I appreciate this courtesy.
Both workers were professional and courteous. They followed any instructions we gave them and performed the task in a timely fashion.
Overall I would highly recommend them and would like to request the same movers for my job scheduled on May 29, 2013 at 505 Overcrest Road, Towson, MD 21286.

The guys got here on time and were professional and careful. We did not have furniture pads but they were very careful with the wooden furniture. They packed the stuff very professionally in the truck and unloaded all the items in the respective places. I would definitely recommend them.

I hired two guys with a truck. They were about an hour late, but got down to business immediately. They weren't the fastest or the strongest movers I've had, but they were well prepared, worked hard without complaint, took directions well, and were careful with my items. I would use them again unless I had some very heavy items which these guys had some difficulty getting up the steps.

The movers were timely and very professional. The moved everything in 1 hour that include setting up a sleigh bed and dresser mirror without any breakage. I asked the movers if they wanted me to move the pictures off the wall and they replied they were moving furniture not the wall decorations. Great sense of humor. Previous movers have always broken my things so I was very skeptical. I uses thes movers again by request.
