These guys were fabulous! They showed up on time and had tools and supplies to tie in the furniture. They did exactly what I needed them to do and they were very careful with my furniture. I will definitely use them again!

They would not move one heavy item as promised. Very disappointing. They specifically claimed to be able to move items over 400 pounds and my item barely met that. Otherwise they worked well and used reasonable care. However if you have heavy items do not use this company.

The guys from Samuel Services were great. They were right on time and moved our entire apartment (2 bedroom with lots of stuff) out and into our new apartment in under 3 hours. They were great, I’d definitely recommend them!

Jose and his coworker were very professional and efficient. They arrived exactly when scheduled and got to work right away loading our rented uhaul. They didn’t stop for so much as a breather for three hours. In that time they moved our furniture and boxes from a one bedroom apt. to a nearby house with not a single item broken. I can not recommend them highly enough. Next time I move I will be calling Samuel services.

Samuel Services showed up on time, and they loaded almost everything we asked them into the container in half an hour less than the total time we booked. However, we had some pretty serious issues. There was a language barrier which made it difficult to get instructions across. Written instructions on boxes were completely ignored, such as "FRAGILE - do not put anything on top of this box." We had printed a sign in large font with that and the symbol for fragile on it and taped it to a box of wedding day mementos. That box ended up crushed at the very bottom of a heavy stack of boxes. Thankfully, only two items got damaged in the box. Several pieces of wood furniture that had made it through 3-4 previous moves unscathed came out of the container dented, scruffed, and scratched. And we are still unpacking and finding more things damaged. Even if we hadn't moved out of the area, we wouldn't be using them again.
