Movers showed up earlier than the scheduled start, which caused some scheduling problems. The movers did cause a small amount of wall damage which they marked with tape then said nothing about and just left and there was one broken door stopper. I do wish there was more communication in English as I would have liked to know how they wanted us to help; however, they were limited in their communications and finally we had to finish packing at the end ourselves the last hour.

These guys were quick and very mindful of taking care of our belongings. Nothing damaged and hard working guys! Quiet - so no chit chat from them, which, when on the clock, that's what you want. I hired them for 5 hours expecting to need to add an hour, but, they were finished in 3!!! I highly recommend! Very satisfied and I will use again if the need arises!!!

I was extremely satisfied with their hard work. They showed up on time, worked constantly, and finished early. Their packing was also outstanding. I didn't think I could fit my whole house in a POD, but they did. I hope they are available when I move in my new house.

Our movers were on time and prepared for the move. They had hand trucks, furniture dollies, and furniture pads included with the move and were respectful of property.

Samuel Services employees were super! Prior to the move, the place and the date had to be changed. I was able to do this with ease. The day of the move, the truck was going to be arriving a little later than planned so I called Samuel Services and they offered to delay the arrival time of the workers. Once the workers arrived, they set right to work unloading the truck and very carefully filling the storage unit with the furniture and personal items. The were extremely professional and knew just how to make every inch of the storage unit count, We could not have been more pleased with how they arranged items in the storage unit and the speed with which they worked. They brought their own dolly. When everything that was supposed to go into the storage unit was unloaded. The crew followed us to our house (about a mile away) and unloaded a few more items. Even with making two stops, the workers finished in about 1 hour and 20 minutes. They were very courteous and certainly knew their jobs well. We just could not be more pleased, and we will use them again when we move the belongs out of the storage unit into a home.
