I had to move over 300 miles and they assured me that the truck would be loaded and all my items would survive the trip safely - nothing was damaged upon arrival. It took 2 hours to load our truck, we were charged for 4 hours. I am seeking credit of 2 hours amounting to $120.00. I would say excellent after I receive credit, Contacted Samuel Services to rectify this oversite. They were on time, prepared, and worked very hard.

They were on time, they were prepared, worked hard, had great attitudes! I had three different sets of helper movers over a span of one week, and these guys were the best! I would definitely recommend them for a move. I had them unloading and setting up so I can't speak for their packing and loading abilities, but unloading and assembling furniture, listening to where I wanted things, moving steadily, they were awesome.
