Their attitude was decent until we talked about when they would leave. The day before Wualter called me and said they would be at the place I was moving from between 1:30PM and 2:00PM. They showed up at 1:00PM and had an attitude, trying to tell me he never said between 1:30PM and 2:00PM. I went to pick up the rental truck at 1:00PM and was back in plenty of time for them to start at 1:30PM. They said they were only staying until 5:00PM because they showed up at 1:00PM. They were relatively careful with my belongings, but they were rushing me and had an attitude. When we (my brother was helping me) tried to reach out to their company, he was treated rudely and hung up on. To top all that off, they didn't even stay until 5:00PM, they left at 4:45PM. They tried to say they were finished, but I could have used their help until at least 5:00PM. I released the payment because I wasn't sure what else to do. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I'm a little leery of using your service again because of them.

They are really amazing! Arrived on time, super-efficient and professional. They brought their own dollies, which turned out to be really necessary and more useful than the one we rent. We were merging things from two different apartments, and they even helped us rearrange the furnitures that were already in the U-Haul to make more space for things from the 2nd apartment. I will certain use their service again.

The movers were right on time and very courteous. They worked very hard while they were here. What took two guys and at least two hours to move me across the hallway a year ago, took these movers 45 minutes to move me down the hallway and up two flights of stairs. And they didn't nick a thing. I would recommend Samuel Services to anyone.

This is the second time we used this company and we got the same crew both times. They worked tirelessly and efficiently and got my heavy antiques up the stairs and into some tight spots without any damage to antiques or house. They finished in the time allotted and we would definitely use them again.

Jose and Jorge arrived at the scheduled time. They quickly and efficiently moved contents from one apartment unit into another in the same building. The work was scheduled for two hours but was completed with time to spare. They excercised caution and insured there was no damage to the furniture or other items. I would use their service again and recommend as well.

We had a tough move; a fourth floor apartment with no elevator. The services provided were exactly as promised. The crew showed up on time and completed the job in the recommended time frame, which for us was 2 hours based on the apartment size and location. Moving trailer was precisely packed and secured, job well done.
Make sure to have several moving pads / blankets to protect your furniture as the crew moves it.

These were the best movers we have ever had. Let's just say we have had some bad experiences and were preparing for it. But they were so fast and professional. Our apartment was on the fourth floor, and it was like nothing to them. They went up and down the stairs like lightening. They came in and immediately started working. It was clear they were experts!
