Hiring Samuel Services was the best decision I made during this moving process. They showed up early, came prepared and worked extremely hard. My 12 foot truck was packed in under the time limit I allotted. I would use this company again in a heart beat.

The two gentlemen I had for my move were both awesome. They worked very hard throughout the entire move and came very prepared. Both men handled my furniture as if it were their own. Made it through the entire move with not on scratch on the furniture nor my new walls. I'd definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

Unfortunately, I have to give this company a terrible review. They showed up on time but were very slow. I had a 20' U-Haul and was worried that it would take the 2 men longer than 2 hours. I asked right away if they could stay longer if needed. They indicated that would be fine. After 3 hours, they suddenly announced that they would need to leave because they had another job to go to. There were about 2 dozen boxes left to move. Because I was alone (woman, 5'3", 118 lbs), I asked if they could at least just unload the truck and put the boxes on the street in front of the apartment, which they did. But then I was left trying to get the rest of the boxes up to my apartment on the 5th floor on my own. I finished 4 hours later. Had they told me from the beginning that they would need to leave at a specific time, I would be more understanding. I would never use nor recommend this company again.

Jose and crew were wonderful. On time, diligent and efficient. These guys made a day I had been dreading turn out to be no problem at all. Great job and I would use them again.

I've used this service three times in the past four years. They've been fantastic everything time. I will need to move again in one year, and I know I'll be asking for their help again!

They were on time. I was coming in from out of town and I was an hour late. They were unable to stay an additional hour.
I don't feel they worked hard. They had to be together to move items. They were unable to get my patio table into the lift. But guess what. The next movers were able to - 1 guy was able to get into the lift no problem and out onto my deck.
I would not use them again.
