I picked this company based on their reviews so I was surprised that my exerience with them didn't reflect what I've read about their level of service. The workers arrived on time. I requested three workers; two showed up. They worked at lightening fast speed -- this has its pros and cons. I booked them for five hours and after approximately two hours they mentioned that they had another move booked for the day. I suspect this is part of why they worked so fast. They were a bit careless and marked up my entry way door with their dolly. According to the service agreement, there is a $2.50 per mile charge when they drive the moving truck. I moved across the street and the round trip mileage was less than one mile. Still, one of the workers (Jose I believe) insisted that I owed him $20.00 for driving the truck. Overall it wasn't a good experience for me.

They were wonderful! They were early, they were responsive and in touch with me throughout the day. They put together all of the furniture I needed help with and when we had a problem with something, they quickly took care of it. I can't recommend them enough! They had all of the tools and materials they needed and took great care of my furniture. Would definitely recommend them and would use them again!

These guys were great! They showed up promptly and worked their butts off to unload an absolutely PACKED 16-foot moving truck (including a heavy washer and dryer, which they brought a hand truck to handle) into our two-story house with unbelievable speed and efficiency. We will definitely be giving them a call the next time we move.
