Waulter & his bud were great! Were early, called to confirm and when they arrived. I requested a 16' moving truck and was given a 26' truck by the rental company...but luckily Waulter was there to help me park the beast in my historical neighborhood's alley.
They were friendly, incredibly helpful and so efficient! Immediately got to work moving the heavy stuff while my family & I supplemented. Would recommend them to anyone in a second.

I gave four instead of five stars is because we were not contacted prior to the move after placing the order. I had to call the owner a couple of times to confirm our reservation leading up to moving day. Although he returned my call or answered promptly, I would have felt more reassured if he had initiated contact.
On moving day, Jose and Luis were efficient, polite, and fast. They were very careful with our belongings and placed things where we asked them to.
Overall, I'd recommend Samuel Services.

The two guys who came were great. They worked very quickly and packed everything tightly. Nothing shifted during the 6 hour drive. The did come a little late, but made up for it with their quick work!

I couldn't be more pleased with Samuel Services. The guys showed up on time and ready to go. They were hard working and respectful of our stuff and how we wanted it loaded. They had the entire job done in just over an hour. I would certainly recommend them.

I would most definitely recommend Hireahelper and Samuel Movers, they did an amazing job! I was nervous at first hiring movers I'd never heard of who were not bonded or insured, but took the risk because of all of the good reviews they got and a price that couldn't be beat. They also did not have any no shows which was important to me. I am so glad I did. The guys showed up a few minutes early, helped direct me in parking the truck (which I can honestly say I've never driven anything even close to that big) and got right to work. They were so fast and did not even take one break which was impressive since I lived on the 3rd floor. I would have expected them to be winded or take multiple rest breaks but they didn't. They efficiently packed the truck so everything was safe and didn't move an inch ( even with my crazy driving).
When we got to the new house, we had an unforseen obstacle and found out we couldn't fit my queen size boxspring up the stairs and they made sure to tell me before they tried so that they didn't put any scratched or holes in the walls. They were willing to go above and beyond as far as to try to remove a window on the second story and attempt to put it up through the window (which thankfully we were able to resolve without that). We were so happy with their hard work that we tipped them personally in addition to what they were already being paid and we bought them pizza and refreshments to say thanks. We would recommend them to anyone!
