The two guys who came were great. They worked very quickly and packed everything tightly. Nothing shifted during the 6 hour drive. The did come a little late, but made up for it with their quick work!

I would most definitely recommend Hireahelper and Samuel Movers, they did an amazing job! I was nervous at first hiring movers I'd never heard of who were not bonded or insured, but took the risk because of all of the good reviews they got and a price that couldn't be beat. They also did not have any no shows which was important to me. I am so glad I did. The guys showed up a few minutes early, helped direct me in parking the truck (which I can honestly say I've never driven anything even close to that big) and got right to work. They were so fast and did not even take one break which was impressive since I lived on the 3rd floor. I would have expected them to be winded or take multiple rest breaks but they didn't. They efficiently packed the truck so everything was safe and didn't move an inch ( even with my crazy driving).
When we got to the new house, we had an unforseen obstacle and found out we couldn't fit my queen size boxspring up the stairs and they made sure to tell me before they tried so that they didn't put any scratched or holes in the walls. They were willing to go above and beyond as far as to try to remove a window on the second story and attempt to put it up through the window (which thankfully we were able to resolve without that). We were so happy with their hard work that we tipped them personally in addition to what they were already being paid and we bought them pizza and refreshments to say thanks. We would recommend them to anyone!

Excellent movers! We had a very strict time frame for moving since it was early morning Sunday. The movers were there on time and ready to get started immediately. They asked us a few questions to help plan the loading/unloading process including where we wanted certain items placed so we would not have to move them with in the apartment after the left.

We needed help very last-minute, and these guys were prompt, hard-working and very flexible. I honestly did not know how we were going to get everything moved, and these guys willingly loaded up our minivan, drove to the new place and unloaded it, drove back to the old place, loaded it up, etc. Additionally, they were careful movers and listened carefully to instructions on placement. If I ever need help like this again (which hopefully will not be anytime soon), I will call these guys first.

I can't express enough how wonderful these two gentlemen were. I've used them twice. They were on time each time, hard working, polite, careful, great endurance (they worked two hours straight in the heat without a break going up and down three flights of stairs in our apartment and another three flights in our new townhome). I was greatly concerned about how they would be able to get our overstuffed leather couch, love seat, and recliner around tight hallways and through the doors. But they knew (unlike the furniture store that sold them to us) how to disconnect the backs of the furniture so they would easily fit through the door. They also folded the U-haul blankets and swept the truck without begin asked.

The guys were on time and worked very quickly. They did the job in half the time I allotted. They were extremely hard working and managed to creatively pack everything in the moving van that was slightly smaller than what I should have gotten. But it all worked out and they did not damage a single item (or any of the walls). I was incredible impressed with their work and would absolutely hire Samuel Services again.
