The two people from Samuel Services hired to help us unload our 26 foot moving truck were excellent. Due to an extremely challenging move across the country, we had to reschedule them twice on short notice and their flexibility in this was amazing. They showed up when they promised (not long after our arrival at the home), had great attitudes, got to work immediately, and moved some very heavy items including a treadmill through some tight spots with no damage to the home at all. This was after already having done 3 other moves that day! We were extremely pleased with their attitude and abilities and worked with them for all three hours of their stay in order to beat darkness. After very rough load and transport phases, having the unload step of our move done well was a great relief. We gladly tipped them extremely well for their professional, courteous service.

Oh, my. Samuel Services was absolutely GREAT and very reasonable. I was so pleased with them I gave a $40 tip. These two friendly and polite men worked steadily for three hours in the heat taking our 3-BR funishings up to the 3rd floor. No breaks other than to catch their breath. They cleaned up afterwards and even folded the U-Haul blankets for me. Walter Flores and his assistant are the best!!!

Samuel Services did a good job. They did show up 15 mintues late. It would have been great to get a call to let us know if what their ETA was going to be. However, when they showed up for the job, they were friendly and hard working.
