Very professional. The men showed up on time, were very careful with all of the boxes and furniture they moved, and were very quick and efficient as well. They asked how I wanted things moved if there was any question as to what or how something could be moved or positioned and did it exactly as I asked them to. Without being asked to do so, they pointed out two boxes that had water damage (I had packed the truck while it was raining) so that I could take care of the contents before the damage became worse. As far as I can tell, everything came through the move undamaged, including the walls and floors of my apartment. This is the second time I have used their assistance, and if I have need of their services in the future, I plan to use them.

We were told to expect the helpers to arrive between 9 and 10 am. They were there promptly at 9am. They did a great job unloading our 24 ft truck and placing all of our furniture, garage "stuff" etc. exactly where we asked. They were a great team and finished within the 2 hours we had hoped for. We'd definitely hire them again.

Excellent! We hired two helpers to move all of our belongings from our 4 bedroom home into a 10x26' U-Haul truck. They did an excellent job packing -- there was absolutely no damage. They wrapped furniture and glass table tops in the moving blankets provided with the U-Haul truck. I highly recommend Samuel Services anytime you need to move something. They were polite, courteous, on-time, and hard working. They were definitely ready to work!

Samuel Services did a wonderful job! I have to be honest, I was skeptical with all of the great reviews, I wasn't really sure if they were actually accurate. But the movers arrived on time and worked really fast! THey were courteous and took really great care of my items. I only wish they had stayed to help with moving some smaller items b/c they finished a 1/2 hour early (I had initially booked them for moving big items only)!
