I repeatedly asked for the movers to move items but there was a language barrier and did not move the items I needed moved but there was no issue when it came to discussion of payment and they were unable to stay longer because of another job. Very unsatisfactory.

Both the movers were consummate professionals. Even after I told them they could put everything into one room and we'd sort it out, they noticed which rooms we were putting boxes in and started putting them in the correct places. I will definitely be hiring them again for my next move.

Great service, I ran into some traffic and arrive 45 mins later than expect (within the first hour of my booked time) and they were able to unload the truck and move everything into the apartment within the hour! They were really efficient, prepared with all the items, and took a lot of care when moving my items. Would highly recommend Samuel Services for any moves!

Not only did they show up on time but I would have been completely lost without them! They managed to unload my truck very quickly and We’re so respectful of all my belongings. I am a 25 year old that drove a massive box truck from MA without support, panicked if they would be able to help move everything in. They were so incredibly friendly and worked extremely hard despite the fact it was 85 degrees! They took more than half the time I expected and moved heavy items in the desired rooms. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and safe moving.

I was BLOWN away by how quick, strong, and capable these guys were! I was sooo grateful for their help. I have had some bad experiences with other moving companies but I struck GOLD with Samuel Services. I hope I don't have to move again any time soon but if I do they will be first pick for movers!!
