Walter & Davy were AWESOME! They arrived before scheduled time and were finish , like way before, the schedule time allotted. I booked services for two hours and they were done in 45 minutes! I was expecting communication barriers due to I being deaf, comes with the territory. But there wasn't any, they were "Deaf friendly" and made every effort to make sure that WE all understood one another in the communications of the move, loading etc. The words "pleased" with their services and "Thankful" for it, doesn't even begin to scratch the surface of my appreciation for both of them. Without a doubt, I would book their services again! And I STRONGLY recommend anyone to book your moving needs with Samuel Services, you wont be disappointed!

The crew called the day before to confirm the arrival time. They arrived a few minutes early ready to work hard and fast! They moved a really heavy bar from the basement along with a bunch of other furniture without damaging the walls or furniture. They even finished early so I had no concerns about them dragging out the moving time for extra money. Highly recommend!

Walter and Jorge were there for the service to load my furniture to PODS. The job was not easy considering considering the steep stairs of 4 flights. Walter and Jorge made the job look easy. They were in time and got started immediately.. I am amazed that the move did not result in a single damage to my items nor the hallway.. Great job guys..

Two people from Samuel Services came to help us load and unload our 15’ uhaul truck in our move from a 2 bedroom condo to 3 bedroom house. We wanted help with the largest of our furniture items and anything else that would fit. They were courteous and extremely efficient. I appreciated that they asked questions about which items to prioritize and also where to put things when we got to our new house. I could not recommend them more! I may hire again soon to unload a storage unit.
