Gary and his assistant did a great job of getting us loaded on our U-Pack trailer. They wrapped everything to prevent damage, worked quickly and efficiently with everything completed at the 2-hour time limit. Gary explained he travels all over the country, so he's very knowledgeable and very busy lately! I would recommend him highly!

Two movers showed up 30 minutes late. One guy was rail thin and older and after about 15 minutes of loading some boxes disappeared. I mentioned it to the other guy about 30 minutes later and he said he was sick. Another 20 minutes passed and the 1st mover said he needed to take the other guy to the hospital. He was gone for about two hours ( I had scheduled them for 3 hours). He returned alone and said he couldn’t find any more help. So he proceeded to move my stuff, with my help which I did not want to do hence the reason I hired two movers. We got everything moved and he charged me the full amount. Never once apologized for the fact that we didn’t finish the until 2 pm when it should have been finished by 11 am. I had to pay extra for the truck as it was late and extra time for my dogs to be in daycare. I get that things happen but an apology would have been decent. I won’t use them again.
