The movers were on time; however, to say they were prepared, well…...
The movers brought no equipment (dollies, carts, etc.) with them. Had I not had the two and four wheel dollies, the move would have been much harder for them and taken much longer! Longer, hmmm? More $$, maybe that was the plan?
I provided my own furniture pads (had more than 4 dozen pads) and 2 dozen of each of three sizes of large moving rubber bands, but the guys used them very sparingly. After the truck was loaded, the guys had loaded those rubber bands and several empty boxes (kinda strange) on the truck, which meant I couldn’t use them. Fortunately, I had another separate box of rubber bands, otherwise, I would not have had access to any rubber bands to finish what I was packing in another truck.
Several pieces of furniture were scratched and and had rub marks. Several boxes and wardrobe boxes for moderately crushed.
The guys worked hard; however, I was disappointed with the organization of the loading and individual care of the furniture pieces, among packing the empty boxes and rubber bands without asking if I wanted them on the truck!

Adrian and Zack did a wonderful job! This was a very hard move….mostly very heavy, small and larger boxes that basically filled up the house. All that was uphill and up a few stairs…. I could never have done what they did! I would recommend them to anyone! Hopefully, I will never move again (!), but if I did, they’d be the only ones I would trust to do it. 5 stars plus!

They were so professional and helpful! They took care with our fragile items. Extremely efficient and fast! We had them for 2 hrs and they finished packing the moving truck in 1.5 hrs. Beyond happy with the service!
