On time pleasant and moved fast!I would use them again and would Recommend to friends and family. Also this is the second time I used PODS for cross country moves and they are organized and the moving went smoothly both times.

I liked the crew very much. I just wish they realized sooner not everything would fit into the POD at such a late hour. That said, they did all they could. They were honest and very careful. The week they came, the move was delayed by both the pod company and a tropical storm, but Pluto was as flexible as possible. This crew had to exhausted trying to catch up so the oversights of some items is hardly an issue for me. They were professional, courteous and always wore their masks

It was a 2 member team helping me move from 2 bedroom unit to 3 bedroom unit in an adjacent building in the same apartment complex. They helped me dissemble and assemble per my request. They were prompt and efficient. Finished job right on time with no hiccups. In fact, in much less hours than so called professional movers had initially quoted to me. Very good at taking instruction and implementing per it. Very social, helpful and high work standards! Will for sure recommend them to friends and family.

They showed up on time, worked non-stop in 90 plus degree weather with horrible humidity for 5 hour with nothing broken or disturbed. Would definitely recommend and will most certainly use again!!! 5 star!!!!!

The miscommunication on time was handled perfectly by Brandon in that he provided an extra mover at no cost to me. They are pleasant, friendly and hardworking in 90°+ heat! I would highly recommend them!

Worked very hard. Were friendly and courteous. No damage to any items or walls. Worked every minute they were here. Would certainly recommend and use again!

Wonderful group of guys. They arrived on time, assessed the job, and started right in. They were hired for 3 hours, wound up staying 5 when they saw the amount of items left to be moved. They did not stop working till the job was complete. Will request them again to unload our pods.

Fantastic work! Efficient & friendly. Communicative-showed us pictures. Explained how they packed our delicate items so they aren’t damaged. I’ve worked with many moving companies in the past and they were by far the best. The only wish is they were in Tampa to unload.
