EXTREMELY disappointed in the unloading crew! I have furniture all over my condo. I have a dresser and a rolltop desk in my guest bathroom! Dining room hutch, Highboy in my living room. Another hutch in a bedroom. I was told to release the funds and I would get a message or call about compensation but I have not! I asked for the same crew that loaded my things to be sent to unload and was assured of that but I got an entirely different crew!
It is highly unfortunate to hear you were not pleased with the unloading of your pod. It definitely helps to stay on site for the duration of the job while we are unloading so you can direct where you would like to have things placed, as opposed to leaving and not coming back until the work is finished. You specifically asked us to place the desk and dresser in your bathroom so I’m not too sure what you would have liked us to do differently in that scenario, as we were following your orders.
The trailer you unloaded before the crew arrived left no space to place your items from your Pod. You were informed of this prior to your departure and asked the crew to place them where ever they could as you were aware there was no space in the apartment.
The crew asked you if there was anything you would like to have replaced or rearranged before we finished when you got back and you said you were fine.
I understand rearranging can be really stressful and told you if you needed any help we would be happy to oblige. Would like to let you know that we still stand by that offer. You can always reach out to us and we will be happy to accommodate.

Excellent from start to finish. Received a text message the day prior to confirm the logistics of the move, location, and time. The company was prompt - early in fact, gave extremely professional service, and finished within the time outlined.
We would recommend this company again and would definitely use the company again. It was outstanding all around. Thank you!

Three 18 year old boys who didn’t know what they were doing. They unloaded our tool box and packed the tools when they could of locked the tool box and it has wheels. Waste of time. Also I have a hamper with 3 bags hanging from the frame. They took the 3 bags with dirty clothes in it abd packed. We where taking that with us to where we are going. Now I have to open boxes to find it???. We ran out of boxes because of in experience packing. And packing things they weren’t suppose to. Waste of money . Won’t use service again. Won’t use pods again.
Thank you for your response. We are sorry that you were not happy with the packing results, as our crew was only going off of the instructions your spouse. They informed him from the beginning of the job that more boxes would be needed, as well as smaller ones for your more fragile items. He informed us what to pack, and what not to pack as he would handle it once he got more boxes. We double-checked with him multiple times to ensure we were packing the correct items. Did not put items in correct containers (Uhaul and POD). Items clearly marked and we told them of the very important items that needed to go in the uhaul. Upon arrival many items not in the uhaul. Very slow and alot of standing around.
