Three 18 year old boys who didn’t know what they were doing. They unloaded our tool box and packed the tools when they could of locked the tool box and it has wheels. Waste of time. Also I have a hamper with 3 bags hanging from the frame. They took the 3 bags with dirty clothes in it abd packed. We where taking that with us to where we are going. Now I have to open boxes to find it???. We ran out of boxes because of in experience packing. And packing things they weren’t suppose to. Waste of money . Won’t use service again. Won’t use pods again.
Thank you for your response. We are sorry that you were not happy with the packing results, as our crew was only going off of the instructions your spouse. They informed him from the beginning of the job that more boxes would be needed, as well as smaller ones for your more fragile items. He informed us what to pack, and what not to pack as he would handle it once he got more boxes. We double-checked with him multiple times to ensure we were packing the correct items. Did not put items in correct containers (Uhaul and POD). Items clearly marked and we told them of the very important items that needed to go in the uhaul. Upon arrival many items not in the uhaul. Very slow and alot of standing around.

The guys were very friendly, but now that we've unloaded the truck we discovered that they loaded several things very poorly. Heavy things up high, crushing light things below. There was a large wire shelf loaded upside down, which caused all the shelves to collapse, along with everything next to it. Our washer had damage to the front window because there wasn't a blanket placed over it to provide protection. We had two night tables that were both loaded upside down, spilling all the shelf contents. A wooden catbox enclosure was wedged high up between two items sideways, which was compressed during the drive, ripping off one of the doors, so it is ruined. It took several extra hours for them to load- we expected better results for the time we ended up paying for. We were disappointed that they also had *a lot* of empty space towards the center and nose of the truck, but we had to spend several hours rearranging the last part to get our last things in, because they ran out of room at the end- we'd gotten an oversize truck on purpose, so there ought to have been several feet of extra space after loading.

I can't speak highly enough about the job done by Movers United! The gentlemen arrived on time; knew just what to do; worked hard; and finished the job with time to spare. They moved everything with care and made sure to place my items where I needed them. I also asked for extra help in parking and moving my storage vehicle, and was so pleased with their assistance. They were professional and friendly, easy to talk to, polite and respectful no matter how many questions I had. I would definitely hire them again not only for moving, but for help with putting together furniture or just relocating items in my home. Well done!
