I had problems with my (Budget) truck rental and had to change my "reservations" with Easy Flow Movers a few times. Each time I made a request they said, "Sure. No problem. We'll work it out." No complaints. No whining. Just confirming that they would be there for me no matter what.(Which was huge, given the already-present stresses of moving.)
When the time finally came, the owner was feeling a little under the weather, but he still showed up. And worked his butt off, as did his helper. (Who has been with the company for years, which tells you something good about this outfit.)
The only spot I could find to park the truck was a ways away from my apartment front door, but fortunately they came prepared with dollies. And they didn't complain about having to ferry my stuff from the truck, down the street, to my front door. Their attitude was, "Well, this is what we have to do, so let's get it done."
Bottom Line: If they say they will get you moved in, they will. No matter what.

Ivan and Chris took such good care of me starting by being very flexible and understanding of my changing time needs on the day. U-haul threw a hour and a half delay in my schedule that trickled into my selected time for my hire-a-helper team to show up. I explained the situation via text to Ivan who was so chill and accommodating, allowing a delay to their start time for me to finalize my packing and be ready for them when my 2 hour timeframe started. It was really easy communicating with the entire team! I moved a lot, and this was one of the least stressful because I had a professional team with intergrity who I could trust to work with.
