Did not get everything out of house. Loaded house hold items that were not to be loaded. I gave details when I ordered the pagk and load services

Hello Bonnie, we arrived at your house on 5/5. We communicated before we arrived and you told us last minute you wouldn’t be there. We did you an extra favor by doing the job without you (the customer) present. You then did tell us that you wanted EVERYTHING out of the house, including the shed. It is not our fault that you ordered too small of a container for your items. Also I have proof of pictures that you were not prepared to be moved and nothing is packed in boxes, we do not move loose items. You hired us for LABOR ONLY, not a packing service. Sorry you misjudged the move, this is why you need to be present to have full on communication of what you want done. We are professionals, have been doing this for many years, sorry we couldn’t meet your standards of perfection.

Did an amazing job moving in under an hour. Had two relo cubes from u-pack as I was nervous they wouldn’t be able to get everything in one, they got everything to fit into one cube and saved me a bunch of money. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for quick and reliable service
