Theft of two bags. One with $6000 of shoes. Police report made. One guy did not speak English and disappeared before bringing the two bags to the apartment. We had to go find the other guy who was previously keeping up busy in the apartment—no luck with an insurance claim. DO NOT USE and DO NOT pay cash if they go overtime. They told us to bypass the system for ease of use.

However, we would like to respectfully clarify that our company is based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and what we did was provide the loading service, and we were not involved in your unloading move or any services provided in Washington, DC. I will say the 2 workers did show up on time and ready to work. The job was extremely easy in that the request was movement of book boxes from back door to awaiting moving truck ramp parked in the back driveway: of this we are talking about 50+ boxes and what should have taken up the back wall of the truck (several times I explained WE WILL have other items - lighter and more fragile, that we would load ourselves AFTER they left). Instead of heading these instructions they piled boxes half way up and started filling the rest of the truck to the the rolling door entry, took a photo of their work filling up the truck to their boss, and said they were ready to go - after 1-hr / 20-minutes, of the actual 2 hour allotment. I mentioned that I actually need everything pushed to the back of the truck and piled high: they forgot what I had said earlier and said that would make everything fall over - uh, no it won't, I'm about to pile this truck high and full once you leave - so they refused to help. I booked this through AARP, I really didn't want to have to redo their work after they left, but that's the position they put me in, so I then have to pile ALL the heavy items up the back wall of the truck AND then move the rest of our inventory up as planned. What good was that for the money I paid. I took a picture of my own after I did they work they should have and sent it to them, explaining this is what I meant, they sen me a 'thumbs up' emoji. So. I'm out the money, and almost threw out my back as well.
I would have submitted review sooner, but who do you contact, and REALITY - I was driving 18-hours the next day. Many deadlines to meet in transport, and these guys set me back on my exertion and timeline.
