These guys definitely are helpers and not movers. They milked the clock and damaged my sofa leg, left a mark and dent in my front door. I had to jump in and help these guys. One guy almost slipped of the truck loading ramp.
It’s also important to note that this job involved fully loading a 20’ truck with two couches, two bedroom sets (including a king and queen bed with box springs), several dressers, a washer and dryer, tables, and more. The move required walking items from your storage unit to the elevator, and walking distance to load the truck, driving to your home, and unloading. You chose to assist because you preferred to keep the move within the 2-hour window, not because our team was unwilling to work efficiently.
Our movers are trained professionals who prioritize safety. One mover did briefly slip on the truck ramp, but this was due to heavy rain while unloading. Despite the weather, our team kept working to finish the job safely and on time without stopping.
