The two movers were on time and worked quickly.. They were both respectful of our home, and us. However, an upholstered love seat was ripped during the moving process and needs to be repaired. Unfortunately, the tear is in a spot, on the side of the loveseat, which will make the repair difficult, if not impossible without a more thorough upholstery job. In addition, there are significant scratches on 5 pieces of furniture, even though the online description of services offered mentioned that padding and protective covering was available. No one offered any of that to us, nor did we see any of such items in their truck. It was a very disappointing experience, and we likely won’t be recommending them to others we know who are moving.
