This company did a horrible job with loading my furniture. I had several items scratched up, broken and dented items, and they misplaced the bedframe plate to my king size bed. The guys unscrewed my bedframe plate when they were supposed to unhook it. The second moving company was unable to put my bed together because they took it off and did not put it in the hardware bag. The worst thing is I have contacted hardware stores and Rooms to Go (where I purchased the king size bed) and no one has the bedframe plate anymore because it is out of stock. So, I am stuck with a king size bed that cannot be set up because of a missing bedframe plate that should have never been taking off. I ended up paying them for 2 EXTRA hours because the guys took so long in the bedroom and now, I know why. I kept asking was everything okay and they shook their heads yes because it was a language barrier. They did not speak English. They were supposed to provide their own tools, but they used a translator and pictures for me to go buy tools for them. I ended up not letting them move my living room furniture because they were there for 4 hours taking down 2 beds and loading boxes. In addition, I am confused about the damaged items because I provided bubble wrap, plastic wrap, packing tape, and moving blankets. The second moving company called me to the truck to verify the damaged furniture before they took it off the truck. Very Disappointing!
