We had another company scheduled to move us that wasn't able to perform the work due to an injury to one of the guys on a previous job. Universal was able to provide a crew that evening on short notice. The two guys had great attitudes and did a great job. I needed an extra hour from them and they didn't complain once about it. Also, they came prepared with equipment needed to get the job done.

Luis and his helper did an excellent job unloading my goods from my moving truck into a storage facility. They handled everything very gently, and stacked it into the storage facility perfectly arranged it just the way I wanted to have it done.
