Edward and Luis were exceptional. Very pleased with how they protected my belongings and packed the pod.

The two men that did my move were knowledgeable about moving. They did their job well and backed my moving box well.
They were mostly on time. We live in a gated community. There were issues getting in. I didn't have the correct name of the actual person coming to me.
The movers only had one small dolly. I had a hand truck that they loaded or I loaded. I offered to help bring boxes down. They never asked me to do any work, I insisted. I live in a third floor apartment with an elevator. It took more than than the two hours I was told was "plenty" of time. All my boxes were packed and ready. There was no delay on my part.
They did not tell me that my time was up and that if they kept packing it would be an extra charge.
There was a $70 service fee on top of extra time fee. The $222 cost me closer to $400.
The men that did the packing and moving were pleasant and knowledgeable about moving. I would trust THEM with my stuff.
The rest of the fee etc just added to an already stressful day. I don't think this was Moon Movings fault. I think it was the fault of the U-pack company

These guys were amazing. We had Edward, Jaime, Luis and Manuel. Not only they came on time, but they came fully prepared and ready to tackle the job. They were extremely careful, wrapped pretty much everything and very so thoughtful when loading the trucks. I have moved several times in the past, I have to say this was the best experience I’ve had. I will be reaching out to them when we need to unload. I highly recommend them.

Friendly gentleman that we’re more on the ball than myself. We’re flexible and especially helpful despite my pod that was Devin’s more than enough space wasn’t enough.
