What can a customer expect after booking with you?
The customers expect be contacted as soon as posible. Once we contacted we let them know we received their job and that we would like to discuss the details such as date and time of the service, the address (es), the size of the truck, if there are any specialty items like pianos, safe, antiques or if they need assembly/disassembly help.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
That we will arrive on time and that we will do a professional job taking care of all their belongings
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Having everything ready and packed at the time we arrive because this will allow us to move their belongings safely and fast

What training do you provide your crew members?
Monthly meeting where we discuss different aspects of the moves and find solutions and improvements to problems that may arise. When a new crew member join us we give them a month training with our manager
