One of the guys on the moving team was unprofessional and complained about the placement of my POD (which I had no control over as there was limited space at the time of delivery) and said they couldn’t do the job. He then said “since we are already here we are going to do it”. He also made comment about PODS team, mentioning that they don't have to move the **** like they do. I also noticed that some of my belongings came up missing. I would not recommend this moving service.

While the placement of the POD presented some challenges due to the limited space available, our team completed the job because we are committed to helping our customers even in difficult circumstances. However, we understand that certain remarks may have been perceived negatively, and that is not the level of professionalism we strive to provide.
Regarding the missing belongings, we are very concerned to hear this. No such issue was reported to us after the move, and we would appreciate the opportunity to discuss the matter directly and investigate any specific items that you believe are missing.

In fact, because the POD was located approximately a 10-minute walk from your apartment, our team voluntarily used our own vehicle to transport items back and forth. This initiative significantly reduced the overall time required to complete your move and was provided at no additional charge. We chose to do this solely to make the process easier and more efficient for you.
