I was disappointed with the service. One of the men (the taller one) who showed up was extremely slow and acted as if he was bothered to even be there. He left most of the work to the other man, who ended up doing the majority of the job. This kind of attitude and lack of effort made the experience frustrating and unprofessional.

Jeremy was prompt with communication and he and another gentleman showed up within the time frame I was given and finished before the 2 hour window. They were really flexible with me giving Houston had just been hit by a hurricane. They finished the job on time. My only consider was I thought that would bring wrap or something to wrap certain things, but they didn’t and my tv had a huge scratch on it. But over they did a good job.
