I was very dissappointed as to what I had asked for which was packing items and putting in my containers and putting in my pod. They said they were only told to move furniture I specifically said I only had 3 headbiards/footboards and railings and clothes and my containers,a curtain valence with a remote control which was very expensive which they left on my front porch on the cement. did not put in the pod container when I saw it on the ground I told them please don't leave it there they replied it was just there until they put other items.We didn't notice it was left outside until the next day my husband and son in law had to remove it .as far as politeness they were.We paid $658.00 for a 6 hr job not completed and they finished in4hrs ck time I texted completed.I was very dissatisfied.
