The original arrival time was 8-9, was called the day before move with a time change to 10-10:30, the movers did not show up until 11:30. The movers were not very careful with the furniture on the flooring (first piece brought in scratched the new floor). They did work hard and were very nice. But to be honest I probably would not use them again.

Despite some initial difficulties, the crew assigned to us was running well behind the scheduled time slot. The Manager James and his coworker arrives to assist with the loading until his other crew could showed up to cover until his other crew showed up. They all did a great job. J.D.
