Before my moving day, I had several phone conversations with Mr. Holland reviewing my needs and details of my big day. This was extremely helpful as the details of the move changed a few times. Staff were well-prepared, friendly and got right to work upon arrival. They took great care in moving my valuables; they rebundled my boxes if they identified potential accidents. My movein was equally as professional and swift--apartment was on the third floor. My bed was set up for me and heavier boxes were moved a few times until I was certain of their new location. I would suggest, however, that there be a guide to approximate needs of staff and hours as it relates to major move items. I had two men and three hours, which based on previous reviews, I thought was too much. It ended up being four and a quarter hours. Also, there was an upcharge of $10/hr for the time the movers spend on floors higher than the first. Other than that, I believed the movers treated my belongings as if they were my own and I am completely satisfied.

They were a little slow but very careful with our stuff. The unloaders on the other end pointed out things that should or could have been covered with the extra blankets but we had no damage. Very polite and hardworking. I would recommend them and use them again.

Very good job for the money! They delivered my furniture to multiple locations which elliminated my need to move things to another house for a garage sale the following day...i am very greatful! They were not as fast as some big moving companies, but they got the job done well!

Even though they were hard at work moving furniture laughter filled the home helping to remove our mind from the bitter sweetness of the move. Thanks! There were several things broken due to a marginal pack. For some reason, some lamps were taken out of boxes and placed in truck bare. They were broken up in the 2400 mile move. I lost some rare china due to a bad pack. The movers showed up 1 hour early and I was not ready for them. This caused me some trouble as I had to go get the rental truck while they moved things without me. Some of the things they moved I did not want moved. I should have had them wait in their car until I was ready at no cose to me. I lost control of this loading. Overall, they tried to be helpful and I appreciate that. 1 or 2 of the movers tended to talk too much and not work enough. I have used this crew twice before, so I was a little disappointed. One of the crew was rude to me. One of the crew was a young, very hard worker. They hooked up my trailer to the truck and I very much appreciate that; but it was done wrong (unsafely) and I had a problem with the load in Dallas. Jim White
