I think they took entirely too much time. It was originally scheduled for 2 hours. I anticipated maybe 4 hours. But no way did I expect it would take 9 hours. I think they start taking their time knowing they were going to get paid $125/hour. I don't feel at all they took care of my furniture once they start loading it up in the storage room. Several times I noticed their feet, with their shoes on, standing in the middle of my both of my couches trying to load other areas of the storage room. Both of my couches were over $2,000 dollars and we don't even let the kids stand on them. The main guy over them took apart all kind of furniture and I have know idea which screws go to which furniture. He just put them all in one ziploc bag. I have dealt with movers all my life and have worked for Uhaul in past. The is by far the poorest service I have ever received. I have already investigated another moving company to move me into my new home.

They were very courteous and prompt all three days they helped me move. They worked hard and took no breaks while unloading my crates. They did have difficulty with some of my heavier furniture and their dolly was old and worn out. Fortunately my son was here to help.

They were just ok. They called in advance to learn more about the job (move a treadmill), but then they did not bring equipment to help them move it, like a dolly, blankets, tools, etc. They arrived on time and were friendly enough but then initiated and continued a political debate that offended my father. I selected this company among others because their price was the best but next time, I would pay a few more dollars for more professionalism.

This crew was excellent. They showed up right on time and really hustled. We were able to get my entire truck unloaded and moved up a flight of stairs into a 2nd floor apartment in about 90 minutes. In addition, they were very careful, listed to my instructions about specific items, and didn't break anything. A couple of the items were pretty heavy and quite cumbersome, yet they got them both up the stairs with no damage.
I'd definitely recommend them.

Leroy and Bobby arrived on time and were ready to work. They worked hard and did a great job. They were very careful with our belongings. I will have the pleasure of seeing them again tomorrow as they will be unloading our second POD. Great guys, great work.

I was totally impressed by James and his crew. They were on time, started to work immediately and finished quickly. I had requested 2 men for 2 hours. James showed up with 4 men because he was afraid he wouldn't get done quickly enough. He got finished in about an hour. His crew was very professional even helping me clean up some of the mess I had made moving things myself. I would wholeheartedly recommend them and I would use them again.

Good loaders to use for loading a pod-more loaders than packers. Very helpful and hard working. The job took two hours more than planned.

I was so please with the service from Holland. I am a single woman who drove a UHaul across country alone and got to my new apartment with no one to help unload. They were right on time, courteous, really helpful, not one thing was broken or even dinged and they even finished in time for me to get my truck back to UHaul before it closed. Awesome, awesome job! A+++

First, they were so very late. I booked for arrival between 10-11am and they show up at 1:40. I do believe it's their route system's fault. The workers have nothing to do with it.
Second, they were not very careful when dealing with my stuff. I booked for two hours but they tried to finish up as quick as possible but grabbing and squeezing things together to make few trips from my room to the truck.
Third, one of the two workers did whistling and related stuff to attractive young women walking by my apt, which made me really uncomfortable because I'll be living there for a while and I don't want those ladies to associate me with him in that way.
