I feel they could have done a better job of packing. I am concerned that there will be damage to my furniture especially the leather sofa because it was not wrapped properly.
It is difficult to give a proper evaluation until I see the furniture when unpacking!

I highly recommend On Top Mover. 2 gentlemen showed up on time and were very careful unloading my families items out of the pod. They also made sure they were handling the items with extra care to not scuff any walls or doors. These 2 were amazing at unloading a 360+ pound safe without leaving a mark on the hardwood floors. Overall great customer service!

The moving team was right on time. They immediately set about their work, and completed the move with care and competence. All of the team members were extremely polite and respectful. We had a half a POD-load and the work was completed in slightly under an hour. The team members even unwrapped some of the items that we had wrapped up for protection. In all we were extremely pleased with the move of our possessions from the POD into our home.
