We were lucky enough to get Bryan and Randall, two young men who were punctual, fast and had a good attitude. I couldn't be more pleased.

Movers gave us a time slot if arriving between 1-3 and showed up at 2. They did a terrific job getting all our heavy items up to the second floor with out incident and were genuinely happy to help. They even had everything finished early and asked multiple times if we needed anything else done. Great guys, worked hard and was worth the money. As a side note they do accept tips ; ) and the way they worked, they earn it.

I felt the movers were attentive and very personable. They were also efficient and did a good job packing the pods we rented. In regards to constructive feedback, I feel they could have been more careful with our property. They left some deep scratches in some of the hardwood floors and took a chunk out of the framing in our front door including the weather stripping. I also witnessed one of my dining room chairs fall inside the pod because of poor placement. I'm also upset that I paid for 5 hours and they only worked 2.5 hours and when inspecting their work, I noticed they left pieces to several items they had loaded in our house. I probably wouldn't use them again. Unfortunatley, I had to leave for about an hour 2 hours into their work and was unable to be here when they finished.

I am very pleased with the whole experience of hiring Midnight Hour Moving through Hire A Helper. I had several pieces of large furniture that needed to be moved in preparation for work to be done in my home. The employees who arrived were great - they were quick, efficient, very respectful of my home and furniture. I would absolutely use them again!

The two guys unloaded the truck to the third floor apartment in about 45 minutes so they offered to put together the dining room table and chairs in the time remaining on our two hour minimum. They didn't have to make this offer, we would have just let them go early and paid for the two hours. I don't have their names, but they were extremely pleasant and helpful and we would recommend them again to anyone. I received a call that they would be there at 1:45 and they showed up at 1:45 on the button, they worked efficiently and were respectful of our property and our wishes. We will use Midnight Hour Moving again.

We were very pleased. They showed up on time, and they did a great job. They didn't waste any time, and worked quickly and steadily. We had 2 pods that had to be loaded, and they packed them expertly to maximize the amount they would hold and to make sure everything was loaded securely. I would definite use them again.

Hired Midnight Hour Moving to unload a full 16 ft. Packrat Container from California They called the morning of the scheduled workday to let me know they were on their way and gave me a window in which to expect them. They arrived within the allotted time frame and got to work right away and finished within the 2 hour scheduled hire, which included moving and hooking up the waterline to the refrigerator and carrying in an upright piano. They placed furniture and boxes where instructed or asked.
They were very courteous and efficient and I would definitely use them again, although I hope that it another 30 years before I have to move again.
