I would definitely use them again. They helped me load a container and they did a really great job with making sure they stacked things tightly so that nothing moved and was secure. I really appreciated it!

They were supposed to be at my apartment at 7 am,they did send me a text message that it would be 7:30 before they could get there. The man, Derek, knew how to load the truck but Patricia had to wait for Derek to tell her what to bring out. THEY MOVED VERY SLOWLY. In the past I had used another company and it only took them 2 hours to wrap everything and move the whole apartment. It took these people 3 hours, which cost extra, and they didn't wrap anything! If it weren't for my sister and I undoing everything and moving it to the middle of the livingroom, it would have taken even longer.
You get what you pay for. Next time I would pay more to have it moved! Also ask how long they estimate the move will take them!

Ms. Lyn, we are so sorry that you were disappointed in the service. We aim to give everyone a wonderful experience! With that being said ma'am we explained before the job started that it would take more than 2 hrs because of the amount of boxes and walking time involved. In regards to moving too slow or waiting for direction in what to bring out of the house, it's very easy to grab things and go but when you are loading a truck you have to look at EVERYTHING going on and decide, should we pick this item or that one to fill space efficiently. No one male or female could have moved any of the heavier items that were loaded properly for: space, weight distribution and efficiency. (We take safety in high regard because we are sacrificing our bodies to provide our customers with a quality service.) Lastly ma'am we do offer a packing,wrapping,assembly, disassembly service but that is at an extra charge! Your sister and yourself did an excellent job at having your bed broke down, your washer and dryer disassembled and provided just the right amount of moving blankets (which we can provide at an extra charge!) for us to wrap your items on the truck! We wish you well on your new journey in life and apologize again that you did not feel you received the best quality service on your move.
