Oddly this was my second move with thus crew. I forgot who they were when I booked them. They were pleased to see a repeat customer and were grateful for my business. They provided courteous service and respected my belongings.

The movers did not use most of the packing materials I provided despite me giving them bubble wrap, shrink wrap and a sofa cover despite my instructions. My sleeper sofa has damage on every corner, torn and has a broken leg. Love seat is torn and damaged from using bungee cords I did NOT provide and the movers actually unwrapped the cover I spent $20 on and placed on it on the floor of the truck. Desk was not wrapped up and left unsecured with scuffs, dents and the top broken off. My bed side boards were laid face down in the truck and scuffed. Entertainment center is bowed in the middle and the back is broken. I could go on but literally all big pieces of furniture are damaged and need to be replaced. NEVER USE H and G MOVERS.

Tony and 2 of his associates took very good of our furniture and valuables. They handled everything with care, wrapped and secured each and every item and made great use of the space in the trucks. Hire A Helper suggested 4 hours in quote, but it ended up taking 7 hours and the crew stayed until the job was done on one of the hottest days of the year. They had a sense of humor with us as it was a hard day's work and a complicated move. We really appreciate H & G Movers and their crew. Thank you!

The team was quick, efficient, great at communicating and respectful of our belongings. We only hired the team for two hours, but they stayed until the job was done, which we really appreciated. There were some difficulties getting the washer and dryer upstairs, but they were quick at problem solving and getting the job done. We would recommend this crew in the future!
