These guys came to work. Very careful and professional. Had the the truck unloaded in a timely matter and knew actually what they were doing, I wasn’t worried about my personal items being damaged at all and they also work as a team

We booked 4 helpers all day to help us unload 3-16ft PODs. I notated we had 3 floors and paid extra per floor. The guys showed up around the time we requested and started right away. At first they were great, they diligently unloaded the first POD and they were moving quickly and efficiently. However by noon, they were moving slower and less efficient. We bought a big lunch for them so they could refuel and hopefully pick up their spirits. But the rest of the day they complained about taking things up the stairs. They damaged the walls in numerous places up the stairway to our second floor, and one corner wall on the first floor. They also damaged my new wood flooring in several places, even placing boxes over some scratches to hide them. Also by end of day they didn’t put things where we asked them, especially anything we asked to go to the 3rd floor and they continued to make noise whenever asked to bring things up there. We spoke to their manager and he came out to look at the damage and said he would come back in a few days to fix but that didn’t happen. Hopefully he will come make the repairs or refund us some portion. We still tipped them, it’s engrained in me as someone who used to work in the service industry but in retrospect they didn’t deserve the amount they received. Honestly, if you only have a few things to move they might be a good company but if you have a significant move like we did, I recommend finding a different company. The manager was trying to do right by us but that seems to also fallen short.

Nate was awesome, did his best to keep within time limits. Unfortunately our elevators were not working. He had a positive attitude and made it happen. He can come unload my container when needed. I will ask for him and crew specifically.
