Outstanding! The crew of 4 arrived a few minutes early, did a walkthrough with me of the house, and unloaded 3 Large PODS in under 3 hours! Considering about half the items went upstairs, including the heaviest furniture, I was very impressed.
All of the guys were polite and funny, and very conscientious to avoid causing any damage to my new home. I liked them so much I am planning on using them again in several months when some family moves into their new home just a few miles away.
I've had many moves over the years, and these guys were definitely the best!

Elite enterprise did a fantastic job helping our family in our moving process. They called to confirm the day and time they would be coming. They showed up on time and were extremely fast and carful with all of our items. They came with power tools to help break down a bed and had great communication with us. Both of the gentlemen who came to unpack my 16' truck were very courteous so no problem there But the were extremely slow and did not carry things in effectively. The truck took 3 hrs to pack from a 2nd floir unit with snow and icy conditions. They took FOUR hours to unpack and bring it up to a 2nd floor, even after they said they should only take a total of 2 1/2 hours. Would not recommend them

HireAHelper, the scheduling agent, on the other hand, needs more responsive action to show seamless and accurate coordination with their contractors and customers.
