Overall Elite Enterprise wasn't bad but Hire-A-Helper booked us with a different company that later canceled so we took this one relatively last-minute based on HAH's recommendation. If you're looking for just help lifting and stacking then Elite Enterprise is serviceable but if you need help actually stacking/packing a POD and fitting all of your things in there, then get someone on the more professional side (these guys didn't even notice a kayak in the garage until they were on their way out). They were late from the time they called saying they were on their way, they weren't prepared for the job (no tools), didn't work very hard at all (not like anyone does these days anyway). They were respectful of our property and goods but we wouldn't use them again.

The guys accommodated our change in arrival time no problem and arrived on time. They worked super hard and went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend them as they worked with a good attitude the entire time carrying heavy items. We would use them again!

Darrell & Q arrived exactly on time, were very professional and polite, worked hard, and were very effective in packing my PODS container efficiently to hold all my furniture, boxes, etc. They were careful in handling my belongings and, despite the weather being rainy, with the ground covered in wet leaves and muck, they were so careful about where they stepped and conscientious about wiping their feet, that they left no tracks behind inside - very clean! I got exactly the service I needed, as promised, for the fair price quoted. They earned their pay, plus a tip that I was happy to give. I was disappointed that the packers were not asking me what to pack
& Took it upon their self's to just put into POD . They kept. Telling me
They knew how to pack .
Yesterday I went to open the
POD at the warehouse & the door
Was jammed because the Packers
Didn't arrange the containers correct
& Put washer & Dryer at tool down door on. POD so had to get POD
Employee to force it open he said
They should never put heavy Washer
Dryer or Refrigerator next to the door
Of POD. Many of my Breakalbes where broken . All the containers &
Boxes that were up high in back of POD feel all forward & I had to by
Myself in Poor health try my best
To rearrange their MESS ! I'm hurting
Physically today from that & have broken rib. Not only this mess but
