The impeccable service started in our pre-arrival communications the day before the load. Dell walked through what we could expect and asked questions to ensure the team were well informed of what they would be handling. The thorough communication continued throughout the experience.
Dell reached out on the morning of our move to confirm the time of arrival and was prompt in showing up timely. He and Vino divided to conquer and handled everything with care. All the while, they ensured that our items were organized and loaded so we understood where everything was. They were very informative and made us feel totally at ease. Again, the stellar communication was one of the highlights through this experience!
