Good job, but they did not have tools and a hand truck and I was charged $10.00 for tools. I should be credited $10.00 for no tools. They used my tools

They throw everything everywhere , we told them before starting to leave space for our mattress that we will put the next day into the truck , they forgot and left us with no room in the truck , they suggested us to put the mattress in top of the truck with ropes , and I told him it was not possible because we are moving to Texas , they took for ever to load the truck and took a lot of breaks in between they didn’t listen when we suggested stuff , and now I need to get rid de of my 4,000 dll mattress because of them

Mover's response:
They wanted all the furniture on first we told them that is a bad idea because they were going to lose so much room on top of having a 20 ft truck that is way to small for there load. Also they wanted the mattress out of the truck last so they could sleep on it so we told them if you do that it's a possibility that it won't fit seeing that there truck was to small.The way they told us they wanted the truck packed goes against all the rules of loading a truck. We tried to help them to the best of our ability but they refused to listen to people with professional loading experience. This is a very unfair rating!
