I wasn't sure how to rate. First, they showed up an hour late. Their office only called me at the time they were supposed to show up to let me know they would be late. Aside from that I had no idea if they were even coming. Wouldn't have been an issue normally but we had a 4-hour window with the PODS Container. They showed up having 2 hours to load but ended up needing 3. I had requested 3 people for two hours, only 2 showed up. Not sure if that was a Hire a Helper issue or Efficient Moving Labor. They did adjust the invoice but we ended up needing to keep the PODS driver 1 hour later than he was paid for.
One mover was awesome. Super hard working and packed up the PODS container so efficiently. No empty spaces. The other was slower. They even got into a short screaming match because of the time constraints. My older parents and I ended up needing to help them move things which was exactly what I didn't want happening. The guys did tell us to let them take care of it, but then there would have been no way for them to get it done in time. So ultimately, they did a good job and got everything packed up in the summer heat, but there were a lot of issues and tension along the way.
