Broke the glass on the outdoor furniture. Have been trying to get compensated for the damage and no solution. I am out of an outdoor table (70 by 40) and it has been weeks and not a penny.

I have to say that I hired these guys to pack a trailer for my move and it was the worst job you could imagine. They packed my statues with no wrapping just thrown in a box with a moving blanket at the bottom. They had no regard for how they packed our personal things and we had to hire another company to repack the trailer in a way so that everything would not get crushed in the move. When i spoke to Efficient Movers about it no one was willing to help me. Poor Quality Service. Never hire these guys.

They did a great job. 4 stars because unfortunately they were over an hour and a half late due to traffic. However, they called me multiple times to update me on their arrival time. When they got here, they got right to work. They were quick and efficient, and finished my 1 bedroom apartment in an hour and a half. Very polite. Very respectful of my stuff and my home. I was expecting them to come with tools, they did not but it ended up being okay because I had the tools we needed to take apart some of the furniture. Would recommend

Very efficient, friendly and polite. They were on time and waited until our Pod (which was running late) arrived to begin clocking our 2 hour window & packing up everything. Once they started they were amazingly quick and finished in well under 2 hours. I would highly recommend this service.

The two guys that came so helpful and wonderful. They were courteous, friendly and really good. They looked at everything and were so efficient. They were very respectful of our property and goods. They had a delay earlier in the day due to a tropical storm but they contacted us and told us about it and told us they were coming.
I would highly recommend them to anyone moving. This actually made the moving process easier.
